Description

Amistar is a preventive fungicide, with a broad spectrum of action against vegetable diseases. The product exhibits systematic local movement in the plant (penetrating or translaminar), distributing itself uniformly in the treated leaves. A reservoir of active substance is formed on the surface of the treated leaves, which resumes its activity in humid conditions. Amistar exhibits a vitalizing effect on plants, the “green effect”, which prevents leaf aging. The “green effect” leads to increased production and superior fruit quality. Mode of action: Amistar acts preventively, by inhibiting the cellular respiration of the fungus. It penetrates systemically locally (translaminar) into the leaves and moves from the upper to the lower side of the leaf; It is distributed uniformly through the woody vessels inside the leaf. Recommended application: Amistar is recommended to be used preventively in the second part of the vegetation, during the fruit formation period; The interval between treatments is 10 days under low pressure conditions and 7-8 days in case of high injection pressure; Application 3 days before harvest increases the storage period of vegetables up to 2-3 weeks; It is recommended not to exceed 2 treatments with Amistar per season.
