It does not interfere with the biosynthesis of ergosterols like triazoles. Cyprodinil belongs to the anilinopyrimidine class and intervenes in the life cycle of fungi, especially during the process of penetration and growth of the mycelium in plant tissue. Cyprodinil has good and rapid translocation in leaves, acropetal and translaminar. Chorus 50 has preventive and curative action. Spectrum of action: Chorus ®50 combats Venturia inaequalis, Podosphaera leucoticha, Venturia pirina, Monilinia spp. Against all these pathogens Chorus 50 acts fungistatically. Mode of use Fungicide CHORUS 50 Curative treatments are applied at intervals of 7-10 days, depending on climatic conditions, the evolution of the disease and the crop. Curative treatments are applied within 2-3 days (maximum 72 hours) from the occurrence of infection. Chorus 50 is very effective in combating leaf rust in the early season, this is due to the fact that the product is active even at low temperatures above +5°C. Due to these properties, it is recommended to be used from the mouse ear phase until the end of flowering. Treatments against moniliosis are made upon warning of local specialized services. It is recommended to apply preventively from the white button stage, the opening of the first flowers until the end of shaking off the petals.Intervals between treatments between 7-10 days, adaptable depending on climatic conditions, disease evolution and crop. Management of the prevention of the appearance of resistant forms To prevent the appearance of resistant forms, it is recommended that during a season not to exceed 3 treatments with chorus 50 and not to alternate with products from the same chemical group such as: pyrimethanil or mepanipyrim. For the management of the prevention of the appearance of resistant forms it is good to alternate with products from other chemical groups such as triazoles or strobilurins, and to use, as appropriate, in mixture with contact products with multiple action (multi-site) such as: chlorothalonil, dithianon, captan or mancozeb.
